The beginning

became the work.
Dean is the founder of Holy Harmony Holistics. His medicine journey began in 2008, followed by ceremonial work in Peru in 2009 at the age of nineteen.
Later, he left his hometown on foot with £70 and the intention of walking around the world—an experience that deepened his relationship with trust, spirit and the earth beneath him.
Walking the path
Trust became
a way of life.
The journey was never only geographical. It became a practice of listening, surrender and learning to meet life as it unfolded.
A lived relationship
Earth medicine.
For more than a decade Dean has foraged and created tinctures, herbal tea blends and food from edible and medicinal plants.
He does not call himself a herbalist; this is a lived relationship with place, season and the intelligence of nature.

Dean received Peka Rasu’s Vekushi and the honour of carrying Yawanawa lineage and ancestral wisdom.
Each year he welcomes Peka Rasu and family to Scotland, continuing a relationship grounded in respect, learning and reciprocity.

Since 2009 Dean has worked as a Shamanic Practitioner, Breathwork Practitioner and Spiritual Coach, bringing together ceremony, breath, sound, plant wisdom and nature connection.
